摘要
本文报道了５例复发性急性格林─巴利综合征，发现５例病人每次发作前均有上感、腹泻等前驱因素。从发病到病情达到高峰少于３周。每次发作经激素和丙种球蛋白治疗均在３月内痊愈。
Five cases of acute recurrent Guillian-Barre syndrome were reproted. A mild respira tory or gatrointestinal infection preceded the neuritic symptoms in all cases. The symptoms reach a peak of severity in less than 3 weekd.All of them were cured with steroid and highdose gamma globuin within 3 months.
