本文根据快走丝线切割对工作液的要求，研制Ｏ／Ｗ型乳液，在选择乳化剂的过程中，运用有机概念图的原理，成功地解决了乳液的稳定性问题。

This paper the research and preparation of O/W type of emulsion, according to the requirements of working emulsion used in high speed wire electic discharge machining.In the choice of emulsifer, organic conception scheme was applied, and the problem of emulsion stability has been solved successfully.
