摘要
用加载的方法对矩形空心截面的铝合金试件预制残余应力,然后用钻孔法测定残余应力的数值,并用弹塑性理论对试件的残余应力进行了理论计算。结果表明,用钻孔法测定铝合金材料残余应力的方法是可行的,其误差与弹塑性理论计算的残余应力相差15%左右。
The study first preformed residual stresses by forcing the load on a recangular cross- section Al-al-loy sarnplw bearn,then measured residual stresses by using the Hole-drilling method and last calculated the residualstresses by using the elastoplastic theory. Compared the above results,we can know that it is possible that measur-ing residual streses to Al-alloy material by using the Hole- drlling method,and the error is about fifteen percent.
