一种服役过的涡轮盘槽底裂纹损伤容限定寿研究

ANALYSIS ABOUT DETERMINATION OF THE DAMAGE TOLEKANCE LIFETIME ON CRACKS AT THE BOTTOM OF GROOVES IN A KIND OF SERVED TURBINE DISK

在对槽底裂纹研究的基础上，计算并分析了涡轮盘在热应力、离心应力和残余应力共同作用下Ｊ积分随裂纹长度和转速的变化规律。根据材料的高温断裂韧度和裂纹扩展速率数据，求得临界裂纹长度和疲劳裂纹扩展寿命。最后确定了检查周期一定条件下的允许工程裂纹长度。

Under the action of the therrnostress,the centrifugal stress and the residual stress,the fracture pa-rarneter of the crack tip on the turbine disk---J-integral was calculated in this paper. The rule of the crack lengthchanged with the rotational speed was analysied also. According to the fracture tenacity in high temperature and thecrack propagation rate of the material,the critical crack length and the lifetime of fatigue crack propagation wascomputed.The allowable engineering crack length was determined under the condition of a certain checking period.
