翼(蝶)腭神经节穿刺的应用解剖学 被引量:2

摘要 在25个(50侧)头颅湿标本,观测翼(蝶)腭神经节位圆孔的外下方(6.7±2.66)mm,上颌神经干下方(4.13±1.18)mm.直视下模拟穿刺进针点确定于颧弓下缘中点及其后方2~5mm间,倾角平均66.64±10.48·上仰角限5°以内,刺入深度5.14±0.57cm,针尖朝向于对侧颧骨后缘为88.0±5.43%,约有28.0±7.51%刺中翼腭神经节. An observation ot exterior lower part ot the round hole (6.17±2.66)mm lo-cated at the Pterygopalatium and the lower part of maxillarix(4.13±1.18)mm in 25 cases (50 literalsides) of head wet samples was done. Under intuitive observation,the model pun-ture point was fixed on the meridian point 2~5mm posterior to it ,with an average angle of (66. 64±10. 480) and an elevative angle within 50. The punture was (5. 14±0. 57)cm deep and the springe was directed to the posterior edge(88. 0±5. 43%) of the opposite cheekbone,and to the puture in Pterygopalatinum(28. 0±7. 51%).
