介绍了成飞CIMS工程突破口项目——飞机结构零件FA-CAD/CAPP/CAM系统的主要功能和信息流程,论述了系统开发的加工特征定义,基于特征的创成式CAPP和CAD/CAPP集成的CAM,以及工程数据库管理等关键技术和系统的主要特点和初步应用情况.
This paper introduces the main function and the information flow for a breakthrough project of the Chengdu Aircraft Industrial Corporation Computer Integrated Manufacturing System (CAC CIMS). It describes the critical techniques of its development, such as the definition of the feature-based part models, the design of the feature-based generative process planning (CAPP), integration of CAM and CAD/CAPP, and Engineering Data Base. It also deals with the main characteristics and application of the system.
