一类磁敏半导体方程的数值分析

The Numerical Analysis for a Kind of Magnetic-Sensitive-Field in Semiconductor Equations

本文讨论了在磁场影响下半导体方程稳态问题。利用Galerkin有限元法给出了此问题的数值解，并且证明了收敛性结果。

In this paper,the steady state problem for the mathematical model of Semiconductor devices under the influence of a magnetic field is studied,the numerical solution to this problem is obtained and a convergence result is proved with Galerkin method.
