摘要
本文通过对目前德国、日本、瑞士和我国的一些碾米工艺新流程的介绍、分析探讨了现代碾米新技术及工艺特点。
The paper describes some current rice milling technology newly used in Ger-many,Japan,Swiss as well as in our country and [analyses and probes into the characteristicsof the new techniques and technology of the modern rice milling.
