小鼠血清胆固醇水平变化及其影响因素的探讨

摘要 对KM小鼠不同日龄两种不同采样方式下体内血清胆固醇含量进行测定分析,发现两种方式各有优缺点,结果存在部分差异。结合分析表明:雄雌小鼠30日龄时血清胆固醇水平未见显著差异(♂:1.96±0.31mmol/L、♀:1.73±0.36mmol/L,P<0.05),但70日龄后,雄住小鼠极显著高于雌性小鼠(P<0.01).70、90、120、150日龄时,小鼠血清胆固醇水平分别为2.73±0.57mmol/L和1.94±0.55mmol/L、2.56±0.63mmol/L和2.08±0.65mmol/L、2.65±0.74mmol/L和2.01±0.53mmol/L、2.48±0.47mmol/L和1.45±0.53mmol/L.雄性小鼠上升快而下降缓慢,雌性小鼠则相反,建议在有关血脂方面研究中,选用雄性小鼠较为合适,血清胆固醇水平初测时间宜在60—70日龄,试验观察期间在70—120日龄为佳. The serum cholesterol contents of KM mice in different ages were detected by sampling from different individuals and same individuals. It was found that there were adantagesand disadvantages in each way, and partial difference in its results. The synthetical resultsshowed: serum cholesterol conents at 30-day were not differential between sex(♂: 1. 96±0. 31mmol/L, ♀: 1. 73± 0. 36mmol/L,p>0. 05),and after 70-day, its in male were higherthan that of female differently (p<0. 01), and its at 70, 90, 120, 150-day were 2. 73±0.57mmol/L and 1. 94±0. 55mmol/L, 2. 56±0. 63mmol/L and 2. 08±0. 65mmol/L,2. 65±0.74mmol/L and 2. 01± 0. 53mmol/L,2. 48±0. 47mmol/L and 1. 45±0. 53mmol/L respectively. The level in male increased fast and decreased slowly, and in female on the contrary. Itwas suggested that male mice should be selected in lipoidemia study, and that the suitableexperimental period was at the age of 70-120 days.
