本文研究了在棉籽元培养基中掺入不同比例的稻草．研究其对菌丝生长、子实体发育及产量的影响、结果表明在棉籽壳培养基中加入２０％的稻草碎段，经济效益最佳。

This test adds some straw of proportion into cottonseed hulls compost and studiesits influence on mycelial growth fruitbody development and yield. Its result shows economiceffects are the best when 20% straw is added into cottonseed hulls compost.
