正當重慶改革、開放、發展進入到一個關鍵的時刻,江澤民總書記、李鵬總理于去年十月和十二月分别來渝考察工作,并欣然提筆寫下了"努力把重慶建設成爲長江上游的經濟中心"和"開發三峽,振興重慶"的題詞。江澤民總書記和李鵬總理的題詞,爲重慶勾畫出了一幅壯麗的遠景藍圖,是黨中央、國務院運籌全國政治經濟形勢,部署全國各項事業發展棋盤上的重要一着。近年來,中央領導同志接連來渝考察工作,對我們取得的成績給予了充分肯定。
