The Systemic View of Formal Renewal of Management Science

本文从系统论的观点出发,就管理学的形式更新问题进行了初步的探讨,首先,剖析了以法约尔和孔茨为代表的、经典的管理概念和管理体系的局限性。其次,揭示了伴随着“系统热”而来的,现代管理内涵的扩展。最后,介绍了由系统管理学派提出的,经营管理的层次结构体系,并对其进行了展开和讨论。

Being based on the systemic view, the formal renewal of management science is discussed in this paper. The limitations of Henri Fayol's 'administration' and Harold Koontz's 'management process' are analysed . The expansion of intension of modern management accompanied with an 'upsurge' in system theory is re-vealed. At last, a new system of 'administrative level structure, 'which is proposed by the school of system management is introduced and expounded.
