摘要
本文提出灾害系统的基本概念,研究灾害系统的基本结构、功能、环境、特征及灾害系统之间的相互作用。这种研究对于推进灾害总体研究和灾害学的发展具有重要意义。
Some fundamental concepts of calamity system are presented . The structure, function, environment and characteristics of calamity ststem, and the interactions among different calamity systems are discussed. This study is of great significance to the development of the science of calamity.
