Systemic View of Labour Liberation

劳动解放发生发展的进程,是一个历史大系统:人类智能的发展、工具的改进、剩余劳动的出现和发展,推动着劳动解放的产生和发展;从人与人的关系看,劳动解放的进程就是剩余劳动分配制度演变的历程,也就是劳动者从奴隶向农民向工人演变并逐步获得解放的历史系统;从人与自然的关系看,劳动解放的进程,就是人类凭借智能的发展,把自身的劳动任务逐步向机器(工具)上转移的历史系统。运用系统观研究劳动解放,意在从整体上认识和推进劳动解放。

The course of occurrence and development of labour liberation 1is a great historical sys-tem: the development of human intelligence,the improvement of tools,the appearance and de-velopment of surplus labour-all of them push forward the emergence and development of labour liberation. From the relations among people,the course of labour liberation is a evolu-tionary course of distribution system of surplus labour. It is also a historical evolution from slaves to peasants and workers and achieves emancipation step by step. From the relations between human and nature, the course of labour liberation is a historical system that the labour tasks are transfered gradually from human to machines or tools relying on the devel-opment of intelligence. We study labour liberation applying systemic view in order to recognize and advance labour liberation as a whole.
