The Genetic Epistemology of Information

随着人类的认识从感性、到知性、到理性的发展,人们对信息的认识也经历了一个辩证发展的过程:即从感性实体的质的信息、到知性导体的量的信息、到理性总体的量与质统一的信息。我们研究这一变化过程,对于弄清信息的本质和提高社会信息化的水平,均有非常重要的意义。

With the development of human knowledge from perceptual to understanding and ratio-nal, the knowledge of information has gone through a dialectical procedure:from the informa-tion of quality of perceptual body to that of quantity of understanding conductor,then to that of the unity of quality and quantity of the whole rational body. Studying this procedure is very important for us to clarify the quality of information and improve the level of informa-tion in society.
