Information System is the Key to the Modernization of Business Management

本文简要地论述了信息化是我国所有企、事业实现现代化管理的关键,接着从三个方面探讨了当前企、事业在管理工作中缺乏信息意识的表现,并针对存在的问题,提出建立综合信息机构、充分发挥电子计算机的作用,是实现现代化管理必须具备的条件,同时对怎样开发信息资源以及有关什么是信息技术体系,领导机制与决策科学化的关系等基本知识,采用附表的方式加以阐释。

This article briefly discusses the significance of information system in the modernization of business management for Chinese enterprises. The author describes the lack of information consciousness reflected in the current situation of business management in three aspects. To solve the problems in the current modernization process of business management,the author proposes to establish the comprehensive information system with further development of computer applications for the business management. The article uses figures and tables to il-lustrate how to develop information sources ,and the relationship between the management system of information technology and the scientific decision -making process.
