摘要
总结了２１例选择性胼胝体切开治疗难治性癫痫的麻醉处理，认为以采用快速诱导静脉复合全麻为好。术中辅助吸入低浓度异氟醚则效果更佳。
It sums up how anesthetic techniques are adopted in 21 cases of treating inveterate epilepsy by selective incision of corpus collosum.It is assumed that mixed general intravenous anesthesia,with fast revulsion,is preferable.During an operation, inhalation of isoflurane or enflurane,as auxiliary anesthetic agent and of low concentration,heightens the effect.
