The Deletion and Countermeasure of the College Students' Pioneering Spirit

培养大学生创业精神是加强高校大学生创业教育的重要内容,也是为社会培养创新型人才、解决当前高校就业难题的重要途径。本文立足高校教育现状,客观地分析了大学生创业精神缺失的主要原因,探索了培育大学生创业精神的有效对策,对于提高大学生自主创业意识、创业能力、培育高素质的创造型人才有着重要的意义。

Cultivating college students pioneering spirit is not only the important content of enhancing university undergraduate pioneering education but also the important way of cultivating innovative talents to solve the employment problem.We analyse the main reasons for lack of pioneering spirit of students objectively,explore the effective countermeasures for cultivating the college students pioneering spirit based on the status of universities.It is very important for improving the awareness of college students enterprise consciousness,enterprise ability and cultivating high qualified pioneering personnel.
