气相色谱法测定水中痕量邻氯酚和对氯酚

Determination of Trace o-Cl-and p-Cl-phenol in Water by GC

介绍了测定水中痕量邻氯酚和对氯酚的气相色谱法,采用XAD—7树酯富集、PEG—20M柱分离后,FID检测。邻氯酚和对氯酚的最低检出溶度分别为4.8ppb和5.1ppb。5升ppt级浓度的水样,富集500倍后测定,邻氯酚和对氯酚的相对标准偏差分别为4.4％和5.2％,回收率为91.5％—98.8％。方法灵敏、准确,操作简便、快速,适用于地面水和自来水中痕量邻氯酚和对氯酚的测定。

GC analysis of trace o-Cl-and p-Cl-phenyl in water, XAD-7 resin collection, column PEG-20M separation, and FID detector was adoped. DL of o-Cl-and p-Cl-phenyl was 4.8 and 5.1 ppb respectively. The recovery was found to be in the range of 91-5-98-8% and RSD was 4.4 and 5.2% respectively for the two componds. This method has been applied to analysis in surface water and drinking water.
