摘要
本文应用HPLC法,分别测定香菇菌盖和菌柄部分15种主要氨基酸的含量,其中菌盖为6.26%,菌柄为2.98%。
The contents of amino acids in the cap and stem of lentinus edodes were determined by HPLC. Its total contents in the cap and stem were 6. 26% and 2. 98% respectively.
