本文描述了新近研制的０．４—１８ＧＨｚ，１—２０Ｗ中功率计量标准装置．该装置用瓦级量热计／中功率衰减器组合构成中功率标准，用单定向耦合器作为传递标准．中功率标准校准因子Ｋｓ的不确定度为（１．４—２．９２）％；校准因子的传递不确定度为（１．６３～３．６４）％．该装置为半自动测量系统．
This paper describes a broadband RF medium power (1-20W) standard in the 0.4-18.0GHz. A calorimeter/medium power attenuator combination is used as the medium power standard. Andla directional coupler is used as the transfer standard. The calibration factor, Ks, total uncertainty of the medium power standard is (1.4-2.92 )X. With this standard and calibration system the calibration factor Ku of undertest medium power sensor such as HP8481B or HP8482B, is measur ed to a uncertainty of (1.63-3.64) %. It is a semiautomatic test system.
