ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ASIAPACIFIC MULTILATERAL SECURITY DIALOGUE MECHANISM

The end of the Cold War presents the Asia-Pacific region with a new opportuni-ty to establish an Asia-Pacific Multilateral Security Dialogue Mechanism(APMSDM). This new development in the Asia-Pacific in the 1990s results fromthe changes in the international relations system, and will on its part influence Asi-a-Pacific politics and economics in the 21st centutry.
