营养学研究中分子生物学技术的应用

摘要 近年来,分子生物学技术的应用已使许多学科发生了令人瞩目的变化,研究不断向深层次发展。利用分子生物学技术进行营养学研究虽然时间不长,却对基础营养研究起到了巨大的推动作用,前景十分诱人。
