Cushing综合征的影像学检查
摘要
Cushing氏综合征又称皮质醇增多症,根据血中皮质醇是否依赖ACTH(促肾上腺皮质激素)而将其分为二类:ACTH依赖性及非依赖性。ACTH非依靠性者主要为肾上腺病变及医源性皮质醇增多。ACTH依赖性者分垂体分泌过多ACTH及异位肿瘤分泌ACTH两种。多数非医源性高皮质醇血症为垂体性的,垂体性者中绝大多数为垂体微腺瘤,多见于妇女;
