摘要
以氯乙酸和异辛醇为原料,采用先酯化后巯基化的技术路线,通过 Bunte 盐法合成巯基乙酸异辛酯.研究了反应温度、时间、物料配比、酸浓度、催化剂以及还原剂量等诸因素对产品产率的影响,并导出相关的数学模型。在选择的试验条件下,产品纯度为99%以上,产品总收率可达72%.
By using Bunte salt technique the mercaptoacetic acid isooctyl ester is compounded of chloroacetic acid and 2-ethylhexanol in which way of thiohydroxylating ester is applied.The effect of reaction time,temparature,compounding ratio of raw material,acid concentra- tion,catalyst,and amount of reducing agent on the yield of product is investigated and cor- responding mathematical descriptions are also provided from the non-liner regression with sigle factor.The purity of product is up to 99% and the total yield of product is about 72% under given experimental conditions.
