The outline: It is discribed in the paper the princip1e and theory base to design the ratio of bituminous mixture used in building highway; and also inturduced how the ratio of bituminous mixture for Ji - Qing Highway Project has been designed, and the anaiysis of the result of the design as well as some ideas about it.
