自然变温条件下烟蚜Myzus persicae (Sulzer)(同翅目:蚜科)生物学特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 福州地区的烟蚜Myzus persicae(Sulzer)在自然变温条件下,在平均气温为18-28℃温度段内,雌性成蚜寿命(Y_1)与温度(X)的函数关系为:Y_1=80.1741X^(-0.7605);同一温度段内成蚜的生殖数(Y_2)与温度(X)的函数关系为Y_2=0.0193X^(2.1387)。本研究同时测定福州地区的烟蚜发育起点温度为7.5℃,有效发育积温为93.0日度。 This study was done on Myzus persicae under outdoor conditions in Fuzhou. During the experimental period, the average ambient temperature ranged between 18 and 28℃. Results indicate that both of the survival in days (y1) and the reproduction fecundity (y2) of female adults of M.persicae are the functions of average ambient temperatures (x). They are y1=80.1741X-0.7605and y2=0.0193X2.1387respectively. The threshold temperature for development of M. persicae in Fuzhou was tested as 7.5℃; the accumulating day-degrees (above 7.5℃) for M. persicae to complete the developmental cycle was measured as 93.0 D.D (day-degree).
