摘要
花粉是一种天然的高级营养源,并具有很高的药用价值。本工作利用扫描电子显微镜对艳山姜的花粉形态及纹饰进行了观察,并借助氨基酸自动分析仪、高压液相色谱仪等分析测定了艳山姜花粉中蛋白质、氨基酸、可溶性糖、维生素、矿质元素和黄酮类化合物的含量。
Pollen is not only a kind of precious nutriment, but also a natural resource of medicament. In this test. The pollen morphology of Alpinia zerumbet (Pers.) Burtt et Simth was examined under scanning electron microscope and the nutritional compositions of the pollen sample were determined by the aid of amino acid analytic instrument, high perform-ance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) and others. The main results are as follows: protein 22.76%, soluble sugar 19.12%. Amino acid, mineral element and vitamins are rich. The ratio of essential amino acids are simitar to the pattern suggested by FAO / WHO.
