艳山姜花粉形态及营养成分的初步研究

花粉是一种天然的高级营养源,并具有很高的药用价值。本工作利用扫描电子显微镜对艳山姜的花粉形态及纹饰进行了观察,并借助氨基酸自动分析仪、高压液相色谱仪等分析测定了艳山姜花粉中蛋白质、氨基酸、可溶性糖、维生素、矿质元素和黄酮类化合物的含量。

Burtt et Simth was examined under scanning electron microscope and the nutritional compositions of the pollen sample were determined by the aid of amino acid analytic instrument, high perform-ance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) and others. The main results are as follows: protein 22.76%, soluble sugar 19.12%. Amino acid, mineral element and vitamins are rich. The ratio of essential amino acids are simitar to the pattern suggested by FAO / WHO.
