摘要
本研究采用新型ATP-150涡轮式空气分级机,对高纯度氢氧化铝(0-40μm)粉体原料进行了系统地精细分级条件试验研究。研究结果得出:ATP型可有效地用于氢氧化铝微细粉体材料的精细分级,调节分级机的风量或风速、分级轮的转速等工艺参数,可从0~40μm的高纯度氢氧化铝原料中获得0~15μm,5~15μm,0~5μm等含量达99%以上的三种均细物料产品.最小分离粒度可达2μm.设备的处理能力达到1000kg/h、其牛顿分级效率达80%以上。
sing new type ATP-150 gas-turbine classifier, the experiment conditions of careful classification are detailed studyed for super purity powdermaterial (0-40 μm) of aluminium hydroride. The results are that, using ATP machine the powderis effective separated, regulating parameters such as speed of wind,quantity of wind, and speed of tutning etcetera of machine three welldistributed products(such 0-15 μm 0-5 μm and 5-15μm, etc.) are attained from raw powder material, but the products content exceeds 99% and the smallest separation size is only. 2μm. The production capacity of machinecan be attain 100kg/h and the classification efficiency of Newton exceeds 80%.
