一种提高油气井生产能力的新方法

摘要 在低渗透地层中,渗流孔道非常小(以μm计),但其比面积却很大。因此,在油井酸化处理时,处理液在低渗孔隙介质中会很快失去活性,降低处理深度和效果。文章作者通过试验得出,应用氯化乙酰处理低渗层可取得较好的效果。它的主要特点是在向含油孔隙介质中注氯化乙酰时,不与岩石表面发生反应,起到对原油稀释降粘作用;在孔隙中遇到水则发生反应,生成复合酸(盐酸和乙酸),同时放出热量,溶蚀碳酸盐岩石,温度升高,反应速度加快;在处理后不产生沉淀物,不返排,其处理效果比12%的盐酸液处理效果高6倍,是一种新的油井酸化处理方法。 The pore size inside the low permeable formations is considered to be very small (diameter in μm), but the ratio of specific area are very large. During the aciding processes, the activity of liquids may be lost quickly in the low-permeable strata. The processing depth would also be reduced. Several tests have shown that better aciding results may be obtained in the low permeable strata by using the chemical material named acetylchlorine (CH3COCl). This chemical material does not react on the formations but can dilute oil reservoir or reduce its viscosity during the course of aciding. The material (CH3COCl) will react with groundwater to produce mixed acids (hydrochloric acid and acetic acid). At the same time,this reaction gives off a lot of heat and corrodes carbonte formations. The higher the temperature rises, the faster the reaction takes place. There is no sedimentary substances and no backflow during the aciding. The processing effect is much better than that with hydrochloric acid (concentration 12%). This kind of aciding will become a new processing method.
