摘要 玻璃钢材质耐腐蚀性能好,绝热、耐热和电绝缘性能优良,质量轻,强度高,管内表面水力特性好,使用寿命长,是一种理想的非金属防腐材料。从1984年开始,中原油田在高矿化度污水处理中试用玻璃钢材质,历时10年时间,积累了一些经验,诸如管道接口形式的选择、敷设方式的改进、密封件和补偿器材料及试压参数的探讨等,为进一步解决油田管线腐蚀问题开辟了一条新途径。 The material of glass fibre reinforced plastics possesses perfect property of corrosion-resisting, heat-insuiating. heat-resisting and electric insulation. The mass of FRP material is light and the strength is high. Hydraulic property is better with the inner face of FRP pipes,FRP material, which has longevity ,is a kind of perfect anticorrosive nonmetal.Since 1984, FRP material has been applied to the treatment of produced water, which has higher mineralized degree in Zhongyuan Oilfield. The time when FRP material is used lasted decades. We have accumlated many experiences, Such as on the selection of method which plpelines are linked .the way of improving pipelines laid,and on the researching material of sealing washer and compensator .and the parameters of pressure testing. It is a lot of work mentioned above that opens a new way to solve corrosion problem for oilfield.
