摘要
探讨了人类上皮生长因子(EGF)在小鼠口唇粘膜和小肠粘膜上皮急性放射性损伤发展中的作用。模拟临床给药方式给不同剂量100μg/天或500μg/天。由于EGF的应用增加了动物照射后的失重及粘膜反应。在小肠上皮细胞的实验中也看到EGF减少了小肠上皮隐窝生存率。这些均提示:EGF对粘膜放射性损伤并没有保护作用。讨论了可能的作用机制和原因。
AbstractThe effect of EGF on acute irradiation-induced damage of lip mucosa and intestine was studiedin C_3H mice. EGF was elicited in doses of 100μg/day or 500μg/day according to the clinicalregimen. Using body weight and lip mucosal reaction scale assay,the radiation induced damagewas enhanced by EGF used. When intestinal crypt survival experiments were performed, the effectof EGF was to reduce the survival of intestinal crypts. There results indicated that no protectiveeffect of EGF was demostrated. The possible reasons are discussed.
