摘要
本文介绍了我院使用常规指形电离室,按照我国新颁布的高能光子和电子束吸收剂量测定规程测量水中吸收剂量的方法。其结果显示原用规程与之比较,最大有3.0%(对光子)或5.0%(对电子)的误差。新的规程与北欧临床物理学会(NACP)和美国医学物理学家学会(AAPM)推荐的方法相比较,只有±1.0%~1.5%的差别。
Abstract This paper is to report on the absorbeddose in water as determinod with the most commonionization chambers(Farmer type)using the new protocol recommended by the National Lab incancer Hospital. Beijing.It is showed that the percent differences relative to the absorbed dosedetermined using the former protocol are 3.0%for photon and 5.0%for electron,respectively. Theagreement is within ± 1.0~1.5%between protocols published by the Chinese NationaI Lab andNordic Association of Clinical Physics(NACP),American Association of Phvsicists in Medicine(AAPM).
