摘要
利用热力对病菌冬孢子进行灭菌的研究，以解决带菌的粮用小麦加工后，麦麸如何灭菌的问题。通过试验表明病菌冬孢子经过湿热处理６５℃１０ｍｉｎ即可灭菌，而以７０℃１０ｍｉｎ和８Ｏ℃５～１０ｍｉｎ为可靠的灭菌条件，干热处理１００℃１０ｍｉｎ不能灭菌，带菌麦麸只有经过湿热处理后才能用作饲料。
A study on the heat treatment of teliospores of Tilletia controversa Kuhn,which is the cause of dwarf bunt of wheat, was conducted.The result showed that teliosporas of this pathogen were killed at 70℃ for 10'under humid condition.As the temperature increased to 80℃,the teliospores can not germinate again after 5'～10'treated but humid condition is necessary,Dry treatment against teliospores at 100℃ for 10'is not effective.
