764－1对鼻咽癌细胞放射增敏作用的研究

RADIOSENSITIZATION EXPERIMENT OF 764-1 IN VITRO

用离体鼻咽癌细胞研究了活血化瘀中药７６４－１的放射增敏效果。结果表明，在乏氧条件下，当７６４－１浓度为１０ｍｍｇ／ｍｌ时，其增敏比可达１．２１（Ｄｏ比值）和１．７６（Ｄｑ比值）。当浓度增高到１５ｍｇ／ｍｌ时，增敏比达１．２７（Ｄｏ比）和１．９２（Ｄｑ比）。而在有氧条件下增敏比为１．０７。提示７６４－１对乏氧细胞有一定的增敏作用，对有氧细胞基本上没有增敏效应。其作用机制可能与抑制亚致死性损伤的修复有关。

AbstractThe radiosensitizing effect of 764-1,an extract from a group of Destagnant herbs, was testedin vitro using cell coloivforming essay。Under hypoxic condition, at concentration of 10 mg/mlof 764-1, the sensitizing enhancement radio(SER) of 764-1 calculated at Do and Dq were 1. 21and 1. 76;when the concentration was raised to 15mg/ml, the SER at Do and Dq were 1. 27 and1. 92. Under aerobic condition, at concentration of 10 mg/ml, the SER of 764-1 at Do was 1.07.Our data suggest that 764-1 may be a radiosensitizer.
