鼻咽癌放疗后听觉诱发电位的变化 被引量:10

BRAIN STEM AUDITORY EVOKED POTENTIALS IN RADIATED PATIENT WITH NASOPHARYNGEAL CARCINOMA

摘要 放疗是鼻咽癌(NPC)的主要治疗手段。但是,大脑颞叶,脑干等也包括在常规照射野内,由此可能造成的放射性脑病是一种严重的后遗症,目前尚无客观的早期预测及检测方法。1992年9月至1993年6月,我们检测了16例NPC放疗后3~26个月病人的听觉脑干电反应(ABR),中潜伏期听觉电反应(MLR)和皮层慢反应(SVR)。在ABR中,表现为各波峰潜伏期延长,Ⅰ-Ⅴ波峰间潜伏期延长,3例被确定为脑干功能异常;MLR和SVR未见明显异常。ABR可作为预测放射性损害的客观指标之一,有助于放疗后有症状病人的鉴别诊断和对复发病人治疗方案的选择。 AbstractRadiotherapy is the main treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). The auditorycortex and brain stem are often located within radiation fields that may result inradionecrosis of brain which is rare but a serious complication. There is still no forecastingor early detecting method yet.From September, 1992 to June, 1993, brain stem auditoryevoked potential(BAEP)was recorded in 16 NPC patients irradiated 3-26 months earlier. Inauditory brain stem response(ABR) test, some patients had delay of waves and prolongationof wave Ⅰ-Ⅳ lafency interval, and 3 patients were found to have damage of brain stem. ABRcan be one of indexes for radiation-induced damage,which would hlep in the differentialdiagnosis and facilitate a rational method of treatment.
