从CT改变探讨鼻咽癌发展规律

RELATION BETWEEN CT SCAN AND EXTENT OF PRIMARY LESION OF NA-SOPHARYNGEAL CAECINOMA(NPC)

本文总结了１５７例放疗前鼻咽癌ＣＴ改变和临床表现，发现鼻咽癌除了直接向各壁和周围邻近组织发展蔓延外，咽旁间隙受侵与颈淋巴结转移有密切关系。分析了下组颅神经损害与颈动脉鞘区受累的关系及张口困难产生的原因。

AbstractThis article discusses the relation between CT and clinical manifestations of157 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma before irradiation. We found that theinvasion of parapharyngeal space had close relationship with metastasis of the ce-rvical lymph node except that nasopharyngeal carcinoma had expanded to allwalls and the adjacent instructures of nasopharynx. We also analysed the relatio-nship between damage in cranial nerve Ⅸ Ⅹ Ⅺ Ⅻand invasion of the carotid inarterial sheath area of the neck as well as the reason of trismus
