摘要
对花叶芦竹通过组织培养进行快繁。经实验得出:用MS+6BA4或6mg/l+1AA1~4mg/l的培养基对芽的分化效果最佳;培养6个月平均一个芽可增殖731.2个芽,即平均每个芽在每个月的繁殖速率为3,0倍。MS+6BA4mg/l附加NAA0~mg/l均能生根。在最佳培养基上附加0.125%~0.5%活性炭不利于芽的分化,只能使茎伸长。
In tissue culnire for nipidiy multiplying Arundo donax var. versicolor, theoptimum medium for bud differentiation wns MS+6BA 4 ~6mg/l+IAA 1 ~ 4mg/lon which one bud can be multiplied to 731. 2 buds after 6 months, with amultiplying mte of 3.0 times per month, Roots were produtal in the medium ofMS + 6BA 4mg/l+NAA 0 ~4mg/l. The active chaimal at 0.125% -0.5%added to theopmummedia mentioned above was unfavourale for bud differentiation, but it favoursto lengthening the stem of shoots.
