颞颌关节手术进路的美学问题

Aesthetic problem in the Incision Design of Temporomandibular Joint Operation

作者对54例颞颌关节手术,采用耳前垂直切口、问号形切口、扇形切口等进路,取得了满意的美学效果。本文对手术进路设计、选择及步骤进行了讨论。

Temporomandibular joint is located in deep lateral facial region and has close relation to facial nerve.For the better function and appearance in post-operation,in 54cases of temporomandibular joint operation,we used the vertical incision in front of the ear,improved the“qud-stion mark shape”incision and designed the fan-shaped incision.In this paper, the anatomic relation between temporomandibular joint and facial nerve,the selection and design of incision are also discussed.
