胶原植入的美容疗效观察

某些皮肤病痊愈后引起凹陷性瘢痕,如痤疮后遗瘢痕,外伤后遗瘢痕等及中老年人的皱纹,目前尚无满意的治疗方法。胶原植入术技术操作简单,有一定的美容效果。

21 patients with depressed scars or age- related wrinkles were treated by implantation of collegen extracted from the skin of little cattle.The results showed saris-faction in 9 cases,less satisfaction in 6 cases and invalidity in the remainder 6 cases.Among this group of patients,satisfactory effects were obtained with 5-6 times of implan-tation in 9 cases. The effect of this therapy on the skin depression under which the tissue was rather soft was better than that on the fibrotic scar. The effects were especially best on the younger patients with the shorter course of illness.The cases who had satisfactory effects maintained the results for the follow-up period from 3 months to 1.5 years.The original pigmentation of traumatic scar couldn't be subsided by this method.It needs to further study whether the location of treatment relates to the effect.
