摘要
本文通过对国内外TMTD各种生产方法的比较,得出氧气一步氧化法为最佳工艺的结论.并利用正交试验对氧气一步氧化法进行了考查,得到最佳方案为反应温度40℃、压力0.5Mpa、催化剂用量0.4mol/kmol 二甲胺、原料配比二甲胺:二硫化碳=1:1.2(摩尔比)
In this paper various production methods being used at home and abroad are compared . we come to the conclusion that single-stageoxidation process using oxygen gas is a better method, and it was studied by orthogonal experment. The optimum conditions are:reactiontemperature 40℃, reaction pressure 0. 5MPa, amount of catalyst 0. 4mol/kmol dimethylamine,dimethy Iamine: carbon disulfide=l : 1. 2(mol).
