摘要
本文利用DSC、毛细管流交仪及扫描电子显微镜等手段,对尼龙—6/马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯体系的结晶行为、熔体流变性能以及界面状态进行了研究。结果表明:共混物是热力学不相容体系,由于接枝聚乙烯与尼龙的化学反应改善了二者的相容性、分散及界面状况明显改善,同时也影响了共混体系的结晶行为和熔体的流变性能.尼龙—6/接枝聚乙烯共混体系中,尼龙相的ΔHf(blend)、ΔHe(blend)和Te均低于理论值,共混物的Avrami指数较纯尼龙大。聚乙烯或接枝聚乙烯的加入对尼龙相的结晶具有成核作用.共混体系的熔体粘度大于纯尼龙,与尼龙—6/聚乙烯体系相比,接枝共混体系的熔体粘度更高.
Using DSC, Chpillare rheometer and SEM, the thermal, rheological behavior and interfacial state of Ny-6/LDPE-g-MAH blends were studied. It is found instead of LDPE, the adding of LDPEg-HAM will substantially improve both the disppersion of domain and the interfacial state of phases.It causes a decrease of ΔHf (blend), ΔHc (blend), and To of Ny-6 phase. The melts of blends are peudo-platic fluid. Compared with Ny-6/LDPE mechanital blends, the melt viscosities of the former is higher.
