摘要
本文在选定的应变速率下.用SSRT法研究了不同热处理状态下40Cr钢的氢脆(HE)敏感性,通过对渗氢试样在介质中与未渗氢的原始状态试样在空气中机械性能的比较,以及用扫描电镜分析断口,得到一些结论。
In the paper, the hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity of 40Cr steel in the different heat treatment states is tesearcjed by means of SSRT in the elected strain rates.The mechanical Properties of charged hydrogen speciments in the medium are compared with those of non-charged hydrogen speciments in air,The fractures are examined by use of SEM. The results show that strain rate scope of hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity sensitivity of 40Cr are within 3.3 ×10-5 sec-1-5.6×10-6. sec-1 and the change of deformation work tension figure contained is a good criterion of measuring hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity of different strength steel.
