摘要
我们证明中药8892对小鼠生存率和抑瘤率有明显效果的同时,并应用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜观察了中药8892对纯小鼠U14癌细胞的作用,实验结果证明中药8892能直接破坏癌细胞DNA、RNA,抑制癌细胞增殖,这为中药抗癌作用的临床应用提供有力的依据。本文还讨论了激光共聚焦显微镜(CLSM)的功能,细胞断层抄描光切片(细胞CT),三维重建,立体旋转等等,这在普通显微镜下是见不到的。因此应用这种新技术会促进中医药研究的发展。
Based on the previous studies that showed significant effect of TCD-8892 on prolongation of life expectancy and inhibition of tumor growth in mice. The ascitic cancer cells stained by pI or AO were observed under the new-type Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope. The result of the experiment indicated that TCD-8892 and also provided the basis for clincal practice.Confocal microscopy can reveal details which were never seen before with the conventional microscope. The functions of Confocal Section of cancer cells (Cell CT) such as reconsytruction of these optical sections to obtain a 3-dimension view of fthe specimen and rotation etc. Thus the application of this new technique may promote the development of the rresearch in the field of traditional Chinese medicaine.
