反胶团萃取α-淀粉酶的优化实验 被引量:2

The Extraction ofα-Amylase by Using DMBAC/Heptane Reversed Micelles System

摘要 采用新型DMBAC/正庚烷反胶团体系,进行萃取分离提纯α-淀粉酶.考察了表面活性剂浓度、pH、离子强度、温度等参数对萃取的影响,确定了优化工艺条件,单级萃取α-淀粉酶的总收率可达78.0%. The extraction of α-amylaxe by using a reversed micellar phase to transport the enzyme from one aqueous phase to another, has been studied. As a special cationic surfactant DMBAC was used to solutilize α-amylase in heptane and the effects of pH,ionic strength,temperature on the extraction performace and the specific activity of enzyme have also investigated.
