Study of the Degrading Plasmid in Acinetobacter calcaceticus T_3

Ｔ３株为乙酸钙不动杆菌（Ａｃｉｎｅｔｏｂａｃｔｅｒｃａｌｃａｃｅｔｉｃｕｓ），能够降解苯甲酸和萘，含有６个质粒．降解萘的基因由染色体携带，降解苯甲酸的基因由ｐＢＴ４质粒携带，ｐＢＴ４质粒分子量为５．１Ｋｂ（３．３７×１０６道尔顿），ｐＢＴ４质粒有３个ＨｉｎｄＩＩＩ切点，３个ＢａｍＨＩ切点．

The Acinetobacter calcaceticus T3 can degrad benzoic acid and naphthalene. It contains six plasmids. The chromosome carries the genes of degrading naphthalene, the plasmid pBT4 carries the genes of degrading benzoic acid. Molecular weight or the plasmid PBT4 is 5.1kb (3.37 ×106 doltons). The plasmid PBT4 has 3 Hind III sites and 3 Burn HI sites.
