本文报道了一种快速、灵敏和安全的造血调控因子集落刺激因子（ＣＳ－Ｆｓ）的测定方法，与经典的软琼脂集落形成测定法与同位素掺入法相比较，具有良好的相关性，节省时间，结果客观，灵敏度高，安全、和廉价等特点。

This paper has reported a rapid,sensitive and safe method for measuringthe activity of colony-stimulating factors (CSFs).The MTT assay results were hear with thevalues for the activity of CSFs measured by soft agar assay. With cultures in 96-well microtiter plares and the optical determination,the MTT assay is well suited to analysis oflarge quantity of test samples.Therefor,the MTT assay is a kind of potent methods formessuring activity of CSFs.
