猕猴实验性脑动脉硬化透射电镜观察

摘要 成年(10—16岁),老年(20—23岁)猕猴6只,高脂高胆固醇造型22—28个月,透射电镜下发现:①大脑中动脉内皮水肿,质膜泡增多,间隙增宽,内膜基质增多。②中膜平滑机细胞异型化,间质胶原纤维增生。③老年猴中央支也表现出上述改变。结果提示:高脂血症可以导致脑动脉硬化,为中老年人脑血管病防治提供形态学资料。 In the present study. Six experimental mokeys were fed with atherogenic diet for 22-28 months. These animals were divided into two groups: one adult group aged from 10-16 years old, the other from 18-22, tThe milddle Cerebral artery and it's central branches were investigated by transmission electron microscope. The most important changes in the cerebral arteries were as the following: (1)Endothelialcells become edema and contained more cytoplasmic vesicles. The junction between endothehial cells became-wi dened. Twnid intima Contained more granular material. (2)The medial smooth muscle cells ewere prlhiferatid and it's shape was changed from construction to secretion. The gap between Smooth muscle cells became widened, and were filled with a lot of bundles of collagenous fiber. (3)The more extensive lesions were Seen in the Central branches of the old monkeys. The findings Suggested that hyperelipidemia result in an initiating chang in the pathogenesis of cerebral arteriosclerosis. Our results provided anatomical adata for preventing and treating cerebrovascular disease of the aged and the middle.
