国产前列腺素E_1治疗难治性冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

Effective observation of china-made prostaglandin E. on refractory coronary artary disease with angina

本文报告应用国产前列腺素E_1治疗24例难治性冠心病心绞痛的效果,结果显示临床总有效率91.7％。心电图总有效率为70.8％。提示国产前列腺素E_1是一种疗效显著,付作用小的治疗难治性冠心病心绞痛的理想药物。

Twenty-four cases of refractory coronary artary disease with angina was treated with china-made prostaglandin E. (PGEl). The results showed that clinical effective rate and the effective rate of electrocardiogram was 91.7% and 70.8% respectively. No severe side effects were seem, these data suggest that the effects of china-made PGEl on refractory coronary antary disease with angina was significantly, the mechanism of action of PGEl was discussed simply.
