绵阳市部分地区花卉蔬菜地中H.dihystera种群的研究

Study on H. dihystera Population in Flowers Plants' and Vegetables' Field of Mianyang

本文对部分地区双子宫螺旋线虫(H.dihystera)在土壤中的垂直分布,水平分布和季节变动进行了研究、进而对温度、湿度、PH、氧气等环境因素对该种自然种群田间分布的影响也作了一定的探讨。为认识了解该种群的田问生态学制定了田间取样方案,并为防治效果的分析提供了依据。

H. dihystera,a kind of nematodes ,has a very wide geographical distribution ,and is a common and dominant species of many agricultural crops over large areas. This essay is a study of this nematode's vertical and horizontal distributions with season changes in soil in some parts of northern sichuan,and probes into its field distribution of the natural population influenced by some environmental elements ,such as temperature ,moisture , PH values and oxygen. This study works out the reasonable scheme for field sampling to learn the field ecology of this population. And more,it provides the reliable base for analysis of the prevention results.
